Yamal LNG may pay 31.42 bln rbl in dividends for January–September

MOSCOW, Nov 19 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) producer Yamal LNG has recommended paying 8,700 rubles per ordinary share, or a total of 31.419 billion rubles, in dividends for January–September, the company’s first dividends, the company said in a statement on Friday.

Voting on the recommendation will be finished on December 10 during an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

Russian independent gas producer Novatek owns 50.1% in the company, France’s TotalEnergies owns 20%, and China’s CNPC and the Silk Road Fund own 20% and 9.9%, respectively.
